Co-Founder
April Chambers has 30 years of Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid managed care work experience. She has worked for several large healthcare companies, holding leadership positions where she has implemented new programs and became a sales & marketing subject matter expert. Additionally, she has been a voluntary participant in The Black Women's Health Study since 1995. They study & work on factors that influence health in black women.

She is an agent of change in a multi-level organization. April has successfully ushered clients through audits and developed processes that exceeded expectations. Her work has been instrumental in developing and implementing a Medicare Advantage “Best in Class” member service and sales program retention strategies.

April can fluidly navigate from strategy to execution keeping the big picture in mind. Her experience and knowledge contributes to increased efficiencies and systematic changes. Her recent work experience is concentrated on providing regulatory and compliance reviews and updates of Medicare documents to meet the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines set forth each year.

Her dedication towards inclusion and humanity has compelled her to contribute her time to vast and diverse communities. She committed time to Big Brother/Sister of AZ, Child Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), Elder communities and Native Americans in AZ, just to name a few.
